Welcome to the Smart BI 2.0 Starter course

This course will take you through how to get started with Smart BI and gaining valuable insights into your business based on your CERM data.

The course starts with an overview of the system, then goes into some basics of the Power BI reporting tool and ends with a demonstration of some of the standard reports that Smart BI offers.

Instructor

Matthew has been involved in the printing industry for over 34 years. Starting off running presses and moving through into many years of prepress and production.
Over the last 20 years he has configured and worked with various MIS systems. Working closely with all departments and with all levels of staff. Training them on how to get the information in and out of the system to achieve their goals.
